Glass-fiber plastic van
bodies and covers, and tuning parts such as air dynamical
wings and fairings for VIS pick-ups are made by technology
of construction glass-fiber plastics used in manufacturing
of small-scale vessels. In this technology glass-fiber
plastics is a material and construction in one. This
allows to obtain necessary volume of a van or pick-up
trunk under condition of light weight body (40-90 kg).
Products of glass-fiber plastics do not corrode.
Light strokes do not make dents like on car metal.
Color pigment is a part of composition, and little
abrasions are not visible.
Preparation period for manufacturing is considerably
cheaper and shorter than the one for metal constructions.
Glass-fiber plastics with thickness 3 mm has equal
strength characteristics to car metal 0,8 mm thickness.
Reparation of glass-fiber plastic parts is easy and
does not demand special instruments and equipment.
